Frequently Asked Questions.
What happens after I place an order?
You will receive confirmation on the website that your order has been received.
Upon shipping, you will receive an email confirmation that your order has been shipped.
When and how will my order ship?
Please understand that we are a small itinerant business, traveling to various shows and festivals around the country most of the year.
With that in mind, our schedule allows for us to process orders and ship once a week. If you require an item rushed, our sincere apologies that we may not be able to accommodate you.
How will my order be packaged?
Each item that you order will come in a velvet pouch or gift box that includes a legend card explaining the symbolism behind each design.
How do I care for my jewelry?
Sterling silver in its natural state has a soft patina that improves with age. With care, Sean’s jewelry will last for generations. We do not rhodium plate our pieces like commercial jewelry companies do - this procedure does not enhance the lustrous, natural look of sterling silver.
We recommend the following guidelines for keeping your jewelry in good condition:
Keep jewelry away from moisture and remove before entering water.
Remove jewelry when sleeping.
Allow perfumes and lotions to dry before wearing.
Remove before doing any exercise.
Store in a closed bag or box.
Softly rubbing the surface of your jewelry with a polishing cloth is usually all that is needed to keep a bright finish. Stay away from anti-tarnish solutions as that will remove the dark antique treatment that we apply in the recessed areas.
What about returns?
If you have an item that needs to be returned, please use the Contact page to request authorization to return the piece and kindly state what reason you have for returning it - whether it’s the wrong size or any other reason, and we will give you a Return Authorization number.
